Apply Online
- Select the home equity product that fits your needs.
- Applying online will take approximately 20 minutes.
- Preview an application checklist before you start.
- Submit your application.
- You will be contacted by a loan officer within 24 business hours to discuss your options and answer any questions. If you need to contact us before then, please call (972)387-1300.

| Please be aware Texas law requires a 12 day waiting period after completion of the online application process before the loan may close. After the loan has closed and all required documents have been signed, you will have three additional business days in which you may rescind your decision to mortgage your home. This means you are required to wait at least 16 days from the date of application before you may receive any funds from your loan. |
| To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, U.S. Federal law requires financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person (individuals and businesses) who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask for your driver's license or other identifying documents. |
