Online Bill Pay Service: Important Information

When using bill pay, if you see a pop-up blocker message — “Pop-up blocked. To see this pop-up or additional options click here…” — follow these instructions.

Internet Explorer Users Option 1
When you see the message — “Pop-up blocked. To see this pop-up or additional options click here…” — click it, then select "Always allow pop-ups from this site."

Internet Explorer Users Option 2
Update your pop-up blocker exception list. Just click "Tools" on the menu bar, then "Pop-Up Blocker," then "Pop-up Blocker Settings." Add “ https://billpay41.secure-banking.com ” to the list.

Safari Users
Disable your pop-up blocker. Just click "Safari" on the menu bar and uncheck the "Block Pop-up Windows" option.

Firefox Users
Update your allowed pop-up list. Here's how: click "Preferences" on the menu bar, then "Content," then "Exceptions." Add "online.ndbt.com" to the list.
