With PFS Breeze you can complete your personal financial statement on your personal computer, print then sign and mail it to us. No more writing your personal financial statement by hand, because PFS Breeze allows you to electronically enter and save your financial data for future reporting. So the next time you need to submit a personal financial statement, simply open PFS Breeze and edit your financial data.

Instructions for download:
Click the "download program" link to install PFS Breeze on your personal computer. Download times may vary depending upon your connection. Estimated download time is six minutes on a 28.8k modem. After clicking “download program," the PFS Breeze software will save the install icon to your desktop. By clicking the install icon, PFS Breeze will save directly on your hard drive to a location you specify during the installation process. It may be a good idea to write down the saved location for future reference. When the installation process is complete, find the PFS Breeze program in the location you specified and double click on the PFS Breeze icon. After the installation task is complete, be sure that you do not click the install icon again.
